Just reporting back on KCM Trim Down Boxing drills only pre-mix. This was a really good 30 minutes of fun boxing drills, only one involved a kneel to lunge movement for part of the minute, but you don't have to do that. I used my glove and bags to up the intensity, but you can definitely just used weighted gloves to do the same. There were a couple of moves that twisted upper body for the abs, but I wouldn't say this could count as a core workout. It was not an all out sweat fest or anything, but I felt energized at the end and definitely worked up a nice sweat. I added it on to my other workout for the day.
I am a fan of KCM boxing dvds, oddly though I don't click with her kickboxing.
