TurboFire II

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I am watching/listening to a Chalene podcast, and this is what she had to say about TurboFire 2:

It's like an "on-ramp" to Turbo Fire. It's still super-intense, but the moves are a little slower and low impact.

One is called Firestarter. Again, slower moves and lower impact.

Two are Hiit...one is 20 minutes, one is 25 minutes. Again, low impact but intense.

She also mentioned something about "Ab Igniter," which is "just for the network." I'm not sure what that meant.

I'd love something slower than Turbo Fire right now, since I'm not able to do Turbo fire again (yet!). Thanks for posting.

If she mentions a release date, please post

Thanks!
Sherry

She says 2 are Hiit, but did she say if there are also going to be some regular Fires?

Sounds good to me! I am wondering how many workouts are included as well...

The Firestarter is the "fire" workout, I believe.

They are talking about the release date right now. Doesn't sound like they are positive, but April is being thrown around right now.

I just became a coach a week or so ago, and I'm trying to keep up on all of this.

I'll be glad for a slower-paced TF, so this is good news!

Me too! I've been doing Turbo Jams to ramp me up for TF, but it will be great to have another option! I really think these will be great to combine with CLX.
