Okay I am dangerously close to pre-ordering despite my reservations.

Please talk to me about tabata workouts. Can you modify them for low impact? Do you have to do burpees? I cannot do athletic moves like that.

ETA: I asked Kelly on her forum and was satisfied with the answer. I ordered. I've wanted this since she first mentioned it on Facebook, I'm sure to like at least 50% of it and it's a good price - and free shipping. Here goes!

I like it. I use it with my jump rope. I bet it would be good on a rebounder too, but I have to wait for a promotion to get the rebounder I want.

I use my rebounder with Home Gym Intervals. I like it a lot.

I have Home Gym Intervals but haven't had a chance to use it. I was going to use with a treadmill. I never thought of using it with the rebounder and I like that idea much better.

I like Home Gym Intervals a lot, and it is a sweatfest! I've used it with a treadmill, rowing machine, and just running in place.

I finally preordered the new set, as I missed the last one by just a few days. She does pull the preorder time quickly and without much notice at all!

Another VF'er that uses the rebounder and sometimes add kettlebell swings.

I love Home Gym Intervals. I use my treadmill. I have used the workouts as is. Lately, I've been playing it and doing different weight exercises. I like her exercises but I wanted to use her format and do different exercises for variety. Previously, I suggested that she needs to make another one.

I think I read on Facebook that Kelly has filmed another Home Gym Intervals, but it will be one of her "raw" workouts, available only at her streaming site.

Thanks all for the input on Home Gym Intervals! I don't hear this one talked about much so I wasn't expecting that. Very helpful though! I will probably get that one at some point, maybe wait for Mary's next sale. KCM has it for $12.99 on her site so if I order the presale I will throw that in too.
