Great article! I love Billy and the Tae Bo workouts I have, and I don't mind the counting at all. I really enjoy his Tae Bo Amped series, I never got the Amped bar, but the Pilates Slimming Bar from the Mari Winsor set works just fine for me, I also enjoy his PT24/7 with the gloves and bands (which a kind VFer gifted me a while back
) so I guess I'm in the minority here. That being said, I'm not interested on the "shaky" part of the gadget as I never liked the idea of the "bodyblade", but apart of that, the video didn't look that bad to me. I was hoping for a workout system that included weight training and cardio separately, as I have seen on his youtube channel some workouts like "Pump" style using a barbell and a club step.
