Just wanted to let you all know that I did decide to go for it. I am going to do P90X and modify the hell out of it if needed. I am also going to do shakeology. I start April 1. Hopefully, I will stick with it and I will give you all an honest review. I may even do the before and after photos. Thanks for all the input. I did my research including meeting my coach a few times to discuss things while we walk. She promises she will be there for me. Call me crazy but I trust her.

Good luck! You have no reason not to trust her, and I think you'll be fine.

I do recommend starting p90X by doing what we call here a "halfsies" workout. Each strength workout can be easily cut in 1/2. For example, chest and back is repeated after the long break, but back is done first. For halfsies, you would stop your workout at the long break. You still get a heck of a workout in.

I'm fairly sure most VFers know that Mary is a BB coach.

The point is that most of us would rather deal with Mary for BB products. Mary has a proven track record of outstanding customer service. And, she has never tried to get me to buy more BB products or become a BB coach.

BB customer service usually leaves something to be desired.

Also Mary will order a BB product and wait til she has it in stock as well. If there's a problem (and there rarely is) she is accessible and finds a solution.

I had to come right out and tell my coach to stop pushing Shakeology on me because it costs too much.
