I am very grateful I have been building my gym at home all these years
I couldn't imagine trying to do an advanced workout while wearing a mask!

I have extra 8 kg and 12 kg kettlebells (my first set and a bit too slippery to grip so I bought more grippy ones later on) so have lent them to my neighbor since I am not thinking I'll ever graduate to double kettlebell workouts anytime soon. I also have a great Bodylastics band set that I under-utilize (I only use the green and red bands regularly and can do so without the handle attachments) so lent the remaining parts of the set to another neighbor. They are so happy to have gear and my home fitness encouragement

I was out yesterday. Wearing a mask on a warm day is not easy.

How relieved do we all feel that we have fitness gear?! Very, I can't imagine staying sane without it.

And yes, definitely glad I have already have workouts that I know and like so it's not a disruption, it's business as usual on the workout front.
I ordered loops, bands, and tubing to use with Bodyweight and Bands from Perform Better in early April and am pleased with them. They gave me excellent service.

I had to go grocery shopping today. DH went with me and wanted to stop at Academy, he needed something for his boat. The fitness section was wiped out. They had seven 1# yellow neoprene dumbbells, a set of 30# dumbbells and two 15# body bars.
