Question Cathe Burn Sets exercise question

I did the Chest, Shoulder and Back section today.

For Shoulders there was a seated rear delt fly and for Back there was a leaning one arm rear delt raise. Other than one is standing and is seated, one uses double arm the other is one side at a time, I didn't see the difference in these two exercises. But, one is done under the Shoulder section, one under the Back section.

Any thoughts?

Side leaning and seated rear delts hit the back and rear delts at different angles.

Rear delts are both a shoulder exercise and a back exercise.
See this article on when to train rear delts and why.
