Hi - I'm not very tech-savvy - how do I view the free videos? I tried clicking on the thumbnails on Tamilee Webb's Teen Workout but nothing happened. Then I clicked on download but it said I had to subscribe/pay to do this. What am I missing?

Thanks!
Karen

I don't see this mentioned above. They are guided audio workouts from MotionTraxx and G-Series Fit. The free downloads feature workouts from Amy Dixon, Rob Glick, Kimberley Spreen, Mindy Mylrea and more.

Scroll down on the filesonic page, and there's a button for "slow download" which is free (I think; I didn't use it).

I don't think this one has been mentioned:

Gabby Reese's Train 360

http://www.gabbyreece360.com/fitness...use-train-360/

Info from her site:
Train 360 gives you a daily workout program to follow seven days a week. Each workout is listed in an easy-to-read, printable format with keyword descriptions of the exercises and photo clips to help you remember the positioning of the exercise. Every exercise is linked to a short HD video clip with Gabby and Mike demonstrating the exercise as well as offering pointers on form and purpose. All moves can be downloaded to your computer or ipod or accessed at anytime in the Exercise Gallery section.

Each week is generally broken down into the following days;
■Mix
■Upper Body Centric
■Lower Body Centric
■Abs-Core
■Cardio
■Circuit
■Rest

The daily order of each week is changed to keep your body guessing in order to promote the greatest gains. Workouts range in time from 20-40 minutes in duration.

You can choose from two levels: Beginner or Intermediate-Advanced.

Hello Karen. You don't click on the thumbnail, i forgot to put the video sample in the post.
I've corrected the site now but here's the video sample at the link below.

You don't have to pay to download it just hit the slow download button, setting up a free membership with filesonic will help expedite free downloads better. I've got it set up for 1G free download at a time for free users )

Both have a lot of great workouts (different focuses: power, strength, agility, type of equipment, outdoor/indoor), & exercises/ideas to incorporate into your own routines.

This blog has some really obscure VHS workouts. Who's heard of "Working Mom on the Run"??
