I haven't gotten TOO many things
The Best Acquisitions
1. Gymboss interval timer - WOW! I love this little gadget! I've had it less than a week and I've used it every day and keep thinking of more ways to use it!
2. Slanted risers - These are fantastic and have replaced both the Walkblaster ramp and my weight bench. They certainly make step workouts more challenging too!
3. Gilad's Express Workouts - I waffled back and forth before buying these, but I'm glad I did! I can fit in those 10 minute workouts just about anytime, which is great if I don't have 45-60 minutes all at one time.
4. Cathe's Slow and Heavy - I love the way these are broken out into 3 splits so I can really concentrate on just a few body parts in a session. I never thought I'd be able to do a Cathe workout, but I surprised myself and found out I can go almost as heavy as she does in most of the exercises! Woohoo!
Worst Acquisitions
None. Not one thing! The only things I've gotten so far this year are listed above and I love them all! I think I'm finally getting better with my selections. Now I have to work on de-cluttering the things I no longer need or want. *sigh*
ETA: How could I forget the Cardio Coach's! I got in on the sale earlier this year and I'm very glad I did. I love CC! They definitely belong in my "Best" list!
And I actually DO have something for my "worst" list. I'd forgotten about it because I wrote it off after trying it twice. I had gotten one of the iTreads (a walking one) and I really just didn't care for it at all. I know I shouldn't compare iTread to CC, but I was hoping it would be similar.
