Thumbs up Gilad's new Express Workouts - Lovin' them!!

I got the new Express workouts last week and have done all the upper body strength routines, plus the first cardio routine on the second disk and the core foundations workout. I love these! They are so easy to fit in and there is no warmup and cooldown so they are perfect as add-ons.

Anyone else loving these?

Peggy, you have my attention! Are the moves on this similar to Gilad's others? Are they more low-weight high-rep or the opposite?

I really like Gilad's Quick Fit weight workouts, but they're kind of long. How many segments of this new one would you have to do for a total body workout? I'm all for mixing and matching or doing bits and pieces of workouts these days (thanks to you, who finally broke me of my fear of the Workout Police!).

I think I read this is all new footage - not pieces of his TV shows. Is that right?

Question

I've been seriously thinking about getting these, but wasn't sure I wanted anymore "express" type workouts even though I enjoy doing Gilad's workouts.

I hope you don't mind if I ask a few questions? The workouts look pretty short.....do the workouts seem "rushed" as in trying to do alot of different exercises in the short amount of time allotted? On the weight exercises, does it seem like there are enough reps of each exercise?

I've noticed on the workout descriptions that it says "A set of light handweights recommended" or it says "Two sets of light hand weights recommended." Is it possible to go heavier or do the reps move too quickly (heavy being relative, of course! )

Do you know of anywhere that I could see clips of the workouts?

Sorry for all the questions!

Helen I ordered mine from deepdiscount.com for 16.61 but they don't ship until 02/18/08. If you go to his website you can download his workout plan and he has the breakdown of the 2 dvd's
