I've been seriously thinking about getting these, but wasn't sure I wanted anymore "express" type workouts even though I enjoy doing Gilad's workouts.
I hope you don't mind if I ask a few questions?
The workouts look pretty short.....do the workouts seem "rushed" as in trying to do alot of different exercises in the short amount of time allotted? On the weight exercises, does it seem like there are enough reps of each exercise?
I've noticed on the workout descriptions that it says "A set of light handweights recommended" or it says "Two sets of light hand weights recommended." Is it possible to go heavier or do the reps move too quickly (heavy being relative, of course!
)
Do you know of anywhere that I could see clips of the workouts?
