Scrolled through video real fast and that looks awesome! Some pretty fast arm movements, but it looks like an incredibly thorough workout for the whole body, combined w/ cardio.

Thanks for posting. I don't have time to look at it now because I have to get out the door but I used to take a Ballet Bootcamp class at my old gym and it was amazing. The instructor left and they never replaced her. I've been in search of something similar to that class for years.

Looks great. Love their form. Wish they had used music but will add my own although timing will be off. Thank you for bringing this workout to our attention.

There is music if you click on that bar below. I actually found it really hard to hear them once I started that music up.

There's a soundtrack bar under the YouTube video on their site. I think you click start at 1:42 on the video. I wish they had incorporated the music into the YouTube vid instead of seperating it. The music is good.

I didn't get to the workout today, but upon preview, I agree the music is great! I sure wish Barre3 would take note...

I had problems with my page being redirected so I went straight to Youtube. Now I see where I went wrong. Yes, it is a shame they had to separate out the music. However, I do like their selections.
