Pilates DVDs that Use Weights/Yoga DVDs that use Weights?

Does anyone know of any yoga or pilates workouts that utilize small handweights or med balls? I have Sexy Body Pilates with Jonathan Urla and the Yoga Tone workout with Kristin McGee.

I really like doing Pilates with either restistance bands, small weights or pilates rings to increase the difficulty of the session.

I recently purchased that Tarbell Pilates set for Athletes because from the clip on the site, this is what I thought it was, but in fact it is not. It is just a regular pilates practice. I emailed her and she said the clip on the site is from a DVD that is in post-production....so I look forward to this one.....but in the meantime, in short of just adding my own weight, are there any workouts besides the ones I mentioned that use a med ball, weights, etc.

I think I also have the Bernadette Giorgi one that uses the med ball also.

Also, do you think your arms could get toned by just holding them out as you do when doing a ballet workout or bellydance workout? or is that not the same as working them?

thanks in advance

Denise Austin's Hot Body Yoga has two segments, and one of them uses weights. I have never tried it, but there is another workout called Iron Yoga that uses weights too. As for Pilates, there is an entire 10 Minute Solution DVD that is Pilates with a band. There's also Crunch Burn and Firm Pilates that uses weights and Ellen Barrett's Slim Sculpt and Skinny Sculpt that use weights.

The Do More Pilates Standing uses light weights in the first segment and part of the second.

How about which ones use them in the moves where you are lying down and doing moves on the floor like during hundreds and such. Any? I know Jonathan Urla's Sexy Body does and I would assume the Stott Toning Ball one would. Any others?

Does anyone do this on their own? Or can you add resistance using a pilates ring? How do you know how to incorporate it?

I guess it depends on how you define Pilates. Ellen Barrett has a few workouts that use weights. I don't recall which ones at the moment.
