I wish we could have them longer too. I also like the 10 minute Facebook workouts wish we could view them longer.

I did Meg's live class and it was good though she is not my favorite instructor, the class was good. But her arms and shoulders are pretty toned. She must do some body work or weight lifting in addition to Essentrics.

I love everybody for different reasons.
Miranda because she makes me smile and happy in the early morning before I start work. Her miscounts and pep talk reminds me that today I will have some miscounts, and reminds me to adjust and keep going. Each one has space in my heart.

I am really enjoying all the different instructors.
This is one silver lining of the pandemic getting to do these workouts live. You can tell that they miss their clients and teaching the classes. I almost feel like I am at one of the workshops  Anita |
