I have not done any of the workouts yet, but have previewed several and they look good! Three levels of the moves are shown so anyone can do the workouts. I really enjoy functional fitness workouts so I'm excited to give some of these workouts a try!

This has been a great thread. I still love and treasure my dvds but typically travel a lot for work and youtube is great for that.

And Evolve Fitness!!! What a find!!! Thank you for that. I love that they have three levels of moves for every workout and actually show us what each level is doing each time. Plus since all of their workouts are bodyweight only, they are great for travel. And no whooping or yelling...just a no nonsense encouraging workout. I can't wait to try one of their agility training workouts next.

On another note, I've started doing some of Pahla B's walking/running workouts while walking outside and they have been terrific for that.

Tahitian Dance Fitness

I watch so many fitness and dance videos on Youtube that a video from Tahitian Dance Fitness showed up in my recommendations. Tahiti is to France what Hawai is to the USA. If you are interested in hula, you may want to check this channel shows a style of dance that's closely related to it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyi4alRmog0

I don’t know if this one has been mentioned here but I came across Nicole Kastoun’s Move with Nicole channel today https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEb...iHpKiOMj9GFhVw.

She has mostly Pilates, some Barre and a couple of Barefoot HIIT workouts. I did this hour long Intermediate Pilates workout today https://youtu.be/3guGRzS1oLA and loved it.

I’m pretty picky about Pilates so this was a great find. She did not offer any modifications but that’s not an issue for me.

Kit Rich - Pilates, cardio & toning workouts with awesome music

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I am enjoying the Pilates, cardio & toning workouts of celebrity trainer Kit Rich.

She has a super fun 14-minute leg toning and cardio workout that features great music.

The workouts I've tried have very professional production values. The instructor isn't yelling over music in an echo-y basement, which is nice for a free YT workout channel.

I think she has a very engaging personality and her enthusiasm is infectious. They're the kind of workouts that are super easy to do when you don't feel like working out.

Enjoy!

I just previewed the workout you linked and a couple of others and subscribed. These look good and I agree that she is very engaging and her enthusiasm is infectious. Thanks for the recommendation.

I discovered Kit Rich a couple of months ago and have done a few of her workouts. I think she is a great instructor with a fun personality! I'll have to try the leg toning workout of hers you recommend.
