Question about Jill Miller's Knee Hab dvd

I was wondering if the exercises seem to also benefits the hips and lower back?

I just got this DVD. I haven't done it yet, but I've looked at it. I think it is really directed at the knees and not other body parts. However, another Jill Miller DVD that I also just received is the Post Athletic Stretch workout. There are five 20 minute stretch routines (Running, Cycling, Swimming, Tennis, Golf). You would get a lot of good back and hip stretches with this one.
