Any news on Jill Miller's Knee DVD? - Page 2

Jill's knee vid has done great things for my knees! Both of mine are tender and wonkey, including a fibular ganglion cyst on the right side. It's great to be able to run downstairs without a twinge. It's been a long time too. But that's just me.

Everyone's anatomy and circumstance is so different. Obviously, what works for me isn't going to work for everyone. I haven't found Strong Knees that helpful -- just a little too basic, with material I already knew about. But it's a good first step.
