Reebok Step - The Video!

This was my first step video, and I was soooo proud of myself when I mastered it. Great music, I loved the live drummers, and Gin's great cueing was perfect for a raw beginner like me.

I LOVE this thing. I still have it on VHS. I don't get it out much anymore and I can't do the high impact moves now, but I still feel so cool working out to it. One of my favorite random parts is when one of the female exercisers shakes her head and wipes sweat off her forehead near the end. I'm like, "She feels something!"

It came with the Reebok step back in the day. I loved this. I have given up step but I may do this one. It looks slow and relatively simple compared to what step evolved into. I still have the Reebok step.

LOVED this! I did it 5-6 days a week for about a year when it first came out. Still have my VHS copy and then when Gin released it on DVD I snapped that up as well. If there's a Hall of Fame then this belongs in it! I still have my Reebok step too

I love it, too! I still do it on VHS from time to time. It's a great, no-nonsense step video. I was so intimidated by complicated choreography back in the day, so this was so appealing to me. I also love Power Step.
