I like a few of the workouts, I think Drench and Sweat are the best ones. I also liked the lower body workout on the bonus DVD, though I haven’t revisited it in a long time. I like that they are all short. The music is okay.

I never understood the Piyo name. It is definitely yoga-inspired, but I didn’t really see the Pilates part. They are yoga fusion workouts with lots of lunges, some plank work, lots of movement for a moderate cardio effect.

Thank You.That's what I have been looking for some shorter lower impact workouts too.

I like the workouts but I find them to be shoulder intensive. They are also somewhat repetitive. I like the bright set and I like Chalene, I thinks she’s fun and motivating.

It wasn't what I had hoped the set would be. I found the beginner workouts repetitive and easy, and the more advanced workouts were twisty and shoulder and elbow intensive.

It is really a motivating set and Chalene is great in them. There is a modifier.

i've been mildly interested in this set being a chalene fan. this thread prompted me to look at the old reviews. if anyone has the deluxe add-ons for trade, PM me.**

**EDITED TO ADD: the power of VF - a nice person is trading the basic set with me, and I am still interested in the Deluxe add-ons. PM me.

I just got these at beginning of the month and REALLY like them a lot! They are TOUGH for me - I am SO sore after doing these! I'm really glad I got them!

Every time I watch infomercial for Piyo I want to do the rotation because the workouts look so good, but then I never do it. Too many choices! One of these days I'll commit to a month of Piyo and will dust off my set and just do it.
