Tammy, are there any older instructors you missed out on that you would like to try?

I agree with all of this. I miss the discussion and anticipation of new workouts. Lately I have been searching old threads to read about systems that had a lot of hype. It’s not the same but it helps.

I don't know, I look forward to new instructors and workouts. Kathy Smith, Tammie Webb, etc., they are getting older. They would just put out more gentler joint workouts. I am 55 and I won't buy senior dvds. Just not ready.

I am 60 and I wouldn’t mind some joint friendly workouts, but Kathy and Tamilee are both still pretty fit as far as I know, so I’m not sure you can predict what kind of workouts they would deliver. Denise Austin is 51, I think, and her workouts haven’t changed through the years - right down to the awful cuing. 😁😁😁

Believe it or not, Denise Austin is 62.

Kathy Smith is 67. Tamilee is 60. Leslie Sansone is 57.

Oops- I knew Denise Austin’s age, too, because she’s a little more than a year older than me, so either my brain or fingers made a mistake. I will be 61 in July and she must have just turned 62.

WOW, WOW, WOW about Kathy Smith's age!! I had no idea she was that old. It sure sneaks up, doesn't it? I'm 54 and it's hard to believe sometimes. How did we get here so quickly?
