Thanks!! I just ordered all volumes of the Core Movement workouts. My total came to $35.12 including shipping! I can't wait to try them.

It depends on where you live. I'm in Chicago and to ship 3 dvds is 6 bucks and change. And she has a 1 dollar handling fee. I have things in my cart but I haven't ordered yet. I'm still on the fence if I "need" these dvds right now.

thank you for posting about this sale!

I bit and bought the metabolic strength 1/2 & 3/4, s/h was 5.75 first class, and total was $22.73. too bad she didn't carry Leaning Out - I may just have to buy it from Mary.

I'm also glad she uses usps, which makes it very affordable to Hawaii.

this is pretty good because I was so busy and work, had a cart loaded at Mary's recent sale, and just forgot to submit my order. maybe a blessing in disguise?

I would not call them beginner. Perhaps high intermediate?

I have the all the Metabolic Strengths sitting in my cart plus Core Movements 1 & 2. What does everyone think of the MS workouts?

I have CM 1-2 and MS 1-2. The Core Movement is good but I never do it because I feel Pilates is doing more for me.

I do like the Ms and will probably pick up another one of those and maybe Grand Total. I am hesitant because I rarely use DVDs anymore, but I do really like Tracie’s workouts.
