I'm still mainly doing SBF/Barre Amped workouts, mixed with Callanetics (newer ones). I've been doing this for weeks now (only started including Callanetics) and absolutely loving it! For cardio I do mainly Bounce Amped cardio workouts and/or extra on the rebounder.

I plan on continuing this barre/callanetics/yoga routine, I feel wonderful!

I am continuing with Essentrics/Classical Stretch and my boot camp classes. I seriously miss my late evening walks due to the time and weather change.

I have to figure out more time to move during the day to make up for my evening walks. It is relaxing to me to end the day outside.

My plan at the moment is to do a daily Essentrics/CS class, since I just subscribed, followed by something to get me going in the mornings (rebounding, Jessica Smith, Bellyfit, Misty Tripoli, weighted workouts etc). Then, a walk during the day (weather permitting) and something stretchy in the evenings: Pilates (daily), Callanetics, Yoga, Chiball, Feldenkrais/Somatics. I'm also planning on a daily meditative practice later in the evening.

It sounds like a lot now I've written it down. So many things I want to do, so little time. I think I'll call it a loose plan, subject to change.

I do yoga 3 x per week, elliptical (30-45 min) followed by upper body 2 x per week, and HIIT 1 x per week. It's a perfect workout for me right now since it's dark by the time I get home from work/getting colder out - not a fan of walking in those conditions.

Right now, I do The Firm on the weekends (recently the classics) and a yoga class on Wednesdays and try to walk a lot the rest of the week. I want to add in 2 or 3 more Firms during the week.

I am absolutely hooked on Cathe Live workouts. So much variety! Plus, they seem a bit easier than some of her DVDs.

I do have to go through my DVDs. I have too many, and some of them are probably even virgins

I've been mixing in Essentrics/CS and more Hatha and flow yoga in with my Kundalini. I am trying to not modify as much; focus on form, posture and getting low into the poses as to further strengthen my core and upper body post car accident and I am definitely getting stronger.

My Hope is to build my strength this way so I can start light weights.....maybe I'll try first of the year with adding in the Reformer also. I am also adding I. Kickboxing and rebounding and trying to get over my hate of cardio......oh and dance.

Lora, so glad to hear you are increasing in strength! I'm glad Essentrics is working for you. My plan for the rest of the year is to continue with my Firm rotation. I have about 6 weeks left (taking off this week). Then I will see what the new year brings. I usually start winter off with Cathe, but I don't know if I'm quite up to her yet. I have a bunch of virgin workouts and virgin sets, so I'll see.
