I was quite bummed not being able to just print out her 2 PDF files due to the dark background!.. You saved me!

I've been having a love fest with Suzanne's Flat Belly Barre workouts and think I'll include her other ones again, too.

I just finished Day 2 and I am so surprised how much I needed this kind of a rotation. Little to no equipment, mainly body weight, and no shoes really has helped de-clutter my mind. No crazy music or super high energy personalities being loud. (Not that there isn't a place for all that).

For the first time in 32 weeks I'm not even wearing my HR monitor or trying to figure out calories burned. These next 4 weeks is all about simplifying my daily routine and using a method of exercise I've never REALLY used.

ETA: Val ~ You're Welcome! I should be receiving her FBB today. I'm going to try somehow to sneak it into this rotation.

I'm totally with you, Tina!
I've never felt so relaxed with the combo of SB's workouts & combining it with rebounding! Today I just did her Bounce thigh, seat & stretch segment and it was sooo much fun!!!

I don't have the Jumpsport barre (yet ) but used my Cardio Barre barre (it's a little lower than the JS one, but it works for now. I've been playing with the idea to sell my CB barre, so maybe if I'm lucky and find someone who wants it, I can get the attachment for my Jumpsport! (Would take less space, too! )

I wonder who else is going to follow these rotations, maybe we'd open up a check-in?
Donna, what about you? Are you fitting these workouts in with your current rotation?

Hi Val,

I'm (as usual!) in the midst of a Jessica Smith rotation - I just love her! I was thinking about trying Pahla Bowers for awhile in October, maybe I will give these a go in November or after I tire of Pahla, whichever comes first.

I also admit, I have a strange compulsion to re-acquire Turbo Jam DVDs.....I did a kickboxing workout w/ Jessica today that was fun and got me thinking about TJ....

Back to the Suzanne thread.....

Hey Donna,
how awesome that you're still faithful to Jessica! I know I'll be throwing her in here and there probably again in a few weeks, but right now I'm on the SB barre kick!

LOL re the Turbo Jam idea, I'm holding on onto my 2nd acquired copies for that very reason, one day I just might want to do them again!

I have all the dvds and hope to do the 28 day rotation. Right now I am just doing her streaming and bouncing. I love these workouts because for me there is no dread factor and I like the way she teaches.

I like that she offers a 4 workout a week option - I find that I need variety to keep over-use injuries at bay.

Donna ~ It's perfectly fine to share the link here. I know many folks are doing SB Streaming workouts. If I ever consider streaming I think I'll look at SB first. It does sound reasonable, but that's for a later time for me.

I wish I had room for a rebounder. All this talk about her workouts using one is making me feel like I'm missing out on something.
