Finally I did the class today. It was relentless. I've found the first 30 min very hip flexor heavy. Very creative class, I'll feel it tomorrow for sure. It was nice to see other people taking a breezer for a few seconds too. I added Shanna's Bi's and Tri's at the end.

The good thing about streaming is that you see others as well in real life, indeed "live class". In DVDs all is perfect, you don't even know what's hard and whats easy anymore. In these you get a little taste of the real classes and regular folks since we VFers exercise alone with no company to compare.

Yes, that's one of the things I love the most about the lives!! There was one recently where everyone was so pumped in the beginning, taking all the advanced modifications, yet the second half, pretty much everyone was doing beginner modifications. Made me feel better that I wasn't the only one struggling with stamina!

They didn't post the one from this morning or last Monday's. That's disappointing.

Does anyone know if they are going to continue live through the summer?

I started Shannon's live today, 6/26 but I had to pull the plug on it due to an awfully large amount if constant whopping. I HATE WHOOPING MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE. Sad, because it would have been good workout. Now I have second thoughts about P57... I may cancel.

So they did post Monday's, yay.

I saw about half of it live and didn't notice whooping in particular. I'll probably do the whole thing tomorrow now that it is posted.

I am still on the fence about subscribing, but probably will if they are going to continue live for a while.

I had a very pleasant conversation on FB with Shannon. I was asking her very nicely and politely to try to keep the whooping to the minimum since it is very different on streaming. Other people came out saying that they like the whooping. So lets see how it goes. Sadly, I did love the content of the workout but I could not bring myself doing it again. Chad is better for me. So the jury is out....

Macska, yes, Shannon is a whooper. I agree that it is aggravating on streaming. There is a lot that works in a live class that just doesn't work on video, and vice versa. I'd say clapping is something that works better in a video than in a class. Some P57 instructors clap in time to the beat at times. If they do it too close to the mic, it sounds like gunshots. But in a video, it's never bothered me.

I do typically like Shannon, though. She has a very pleasant way about her, both on video and in person, and she puts together some really creative workouts, but I agree--the whooping is a no-go for me.

I do think they are going to continue the lives throughout the summer. I think they haven't posted for July yet because of the holiday weekend.
