I was the first one to preorder these, so Terri was nice enough to send me the first 20 min. of Leaner Arms and Shoulders...I did it this morning, added it on to one of the ART mat workouts (newest one, 18.3)...and wow!!! This was fantastic...fried me very nicely and I didn't even use weights...per Terri's suggestion, I'm going to do it for a short time with no weights, then gradually progress to 1 lb, 2, lb, then 3 lb weights...though I must say...no weights at all gave me a nice toasty burn...what I really, really love about her workouts is using the active resistance points .... it's really what makes these workouts SO unique, in my opinion, and using them correctly pretty much allows you to adjust just how hard you want to work...makes you feel like you're really an active partner in controlling how much (or little) you want to put into it. Can you tell I'm completely enamored of this method?
I feel like it's taken my fitness level up a few notches!
