So, someone who has this set:

How do those shorter (~15 min) "Essentials" workouts fit in with the whole system? I see all the workouts listed for weeks 1-13 are 30 minutes long. Are they compilations of this footage? Or is the Essentials a "prequel" to the system?

*I'm slightly confused and I want to know what I'm getting into before committing.*

The shipping is $6.99 I believe. I think they took the discount off the total including shipping.
The total including shipping was $74.48.

Alison,

The "Essentials" workouts are just approximately the first half of the longer workouts for each genre. Example, Total Body Essentials is actually the first half of Total Body 1. Total Body 2 and Total Body 3 are additional, different workouts, and then Total Body 4 is a compilation of portions of Total Body 1, 2 and 3, as I understand it. I haven't gotten that far, though. The Essentials are not listed in the rotation. They suggest you do the Essentials before you start with the rotation. Hope that helps ~

Thank you Carol! That was helpful - I hadn't seen this information anywhere else yet.

I ordered using the 3 payment plan and coupon. I'm torn between keeping them for myself, or giving them to my son's girlfriend. She's been looking for 30 minute workouts.
I'll most likely give them to her.

Thanks for the link to the clip! You just saved me some money!

Just curious, did anyone order this set and not like it?
