Thanks, Sue. I think I'll buy it from Mary.

On youtube and their site, there are mini workouts. I believe these are the Essentials wos that are included in Disc 1. Then you have 28 other workouts that range in length from 20 minutes for the stretch wos to 30 minutes for the others.

I just previewed the first disk - three workouts - and they look great! I think someone mentioned this on the other thread, but they are very much in the style of Dream Body, but lighter. Not light, but lighter. At one point you do about 100 lunges per leg.

There are some higher impact moves, but there is always a moderator, and these can be done low impact or on a rebounder. Super high quality too. The cost that went into these must have been substantial, as there are so many little extra things, like little messages on screen at the menu of each individual workout, etc. There is also a music off option.

Am going to try and start these tomorrow.

Mine just arrived Fed Ex. FAST! I haven't opened the box yet. Too bad it wasn't a holiday like Valentine's day.

Are they as fast paced as Dream Body? I usually end up doing a few less reps with Dream Body just because I can't keep up with them and then I feel like I am cheating.

Debbie S, I am anxious to hear your thoughts on this system. We seem to have similar tastes in fitness genres. I have been concerned this system might be too "young" for a baby boomer like myself.

I do not think it is as fast paced as DB. That one exhausted me just watching it. It appears that this one is one I'll be able to keep pace with. I should know by tomorrow.

I am 49 and just one year out from being an official baby boomer, and I don't think it's too young!

Total Fitness now has a great clip up that's a little over 6 minutes and highlights a bunch of the exercises from what I can tell. Here's the link.

I don't like mountain climbers or burpees, but I'll do them on the chair to make them easier on my wrists. I like that she has someone modifying a lot of the different exercises.
