Hello!
I've been doing/previewing the workouts since I got them a couple of weeks ago. I really like them. I thought from the You Tube videos that they were a good "prep' series for Darby Bender's Fusion Fitness workouts, and I'm going to keep that same opinion. They do a lot of the same moves but the Fe' Fit workouts are more controlled and not as frantic.
Also they are all around 30 minutes. This is my fave purchase of the year so far and hopefully these will help make the Fusion Fitness workouts a bit easier for me...

The Level 1 and 2 workouts are Intermediate workouts but can be made more difficult with heavier weights or using more tension on your rubber tubing and Level 3 and 4 are more intermediate/advanced. Most of the workouts just use a mat and weights, but there are some that use a pilates ring, and rubber tubing.

All the You Tube Videos are on Disc 1 and they are under the category of
Fe'Fit Essentials. There are a total of 7 Essentials workouts and they are about 15 minutes each. The categories are Barre, Cardio Circuit, Core, Lower Body, Stretch Flow, Total Body Toning and Upper Body.

All the other workouts besides the Essentials (15 minutes ) and the Stretch Flow workouts (20 minutes) are 29-30 minutes long.

Disc 1 has the 7 Fe'Fit Essentials Workouts (Seven-15 min. workouts) and Week 1 (Three-30 min. workouts)

Thank you so much for the details and getting discounts. I'm tempted since there are a lot of workouts and they are only 30 minutes each. I also don't have enough workouts that use a Pilates ring. I also like workouts that mix weights with tubing. So tempting!!
