mommy talk- I am a mom, but I do not need to be constantly reminded that I am one and my workouts do not have to have anything to do with being a mommy! ha ha-yes, being a mom can get in the way of my workout time for sure, though! Oh well, everyone has an angle they market from- it may not be for you if it is too annoying to hear about constantly- don't blame ya! I do think this system looks really interesting and pretty good though! I love the fusion and the color scheme they chose too- aqua and pink!

Facebook! Regarding your question, here are the basics
about the Fé Fit 90-day Fitness Experience. Our DVD
workout program is divided up into 13 weeks, with 3
workouts per week. We give you 28 videos, each 30 minutes
or less, from seven different fitness genres: upper
body, lower body, core, cardio, stretch, barre, and total
body toning. Most of the DVDs include 6 workouts and each
workout is approximately 30 minutes in length. So for
example, when you put in disc 2 of the program, the DVD
includes "Week 2 and Week 3" with 3 workouts for
each week from the various genres (6 workouts total). We
include an additional disc that includes our Stretch Flow
series (our version of yoga) as well (4 total Stretch Flow
workouts). We encourage women to supplement their workout
weeks with a Stretch Flow video every now and then, to help
keep us relaxed and stretched out.

The Fé Fit 90-day Fitness Experience also includes a calendar, Fé Fit stickers for the calendar to track your progress, and a Health and User
Guide, which allows you to track your measurements as well
as your aerobic and strength progress. The Health and User
Guide also includes nutritional information and
recommendations broken down by each week of the program. (We
encourage you to adopt a suggested healthy habit each week,
with the goal that by the end of 13 weeks, you will have
incorporated new healthy habits will help your overall
wellness.)

Finally, we sell the fitness gear used in the videos. (Our program
incorporates weights, resistance bands, a Pilates circle,
and a mat.) We also offer an option to purchase the Ultimate
Fitness Experience, which includes the DVDs as well as all
of the equipment, at a reduced price as compared to buying
the items separately.

I love their attitude & concept, but I tried the free cardio workout on YT just to try it out, and I have to say was...really disappointed. Boring, same ol, same ol moves, not great music (as they claimed on site -- may be different on the DVDs tho) & the constant "strong mommy" talk started to annoy me (& it was only a <20 min workout

), would've preferred some form/breather pointers.
Sigh...maybe the other ones & DVDs are better. So sorry to be negative...

On a positive note, their CS seems great. I asked a question about downloads and got a prompt response w/lots of info & discount code.
