Both wrists and shoulders primarily from about 40 years in front of a P/C. Being right handed, the discomfort is more dominant in the right wrist and shoulder. I even learned to use the mouse with my left hand to reduce the workload on the right hand. And my neck from a whiplash injury about 3 years ago.

Long term - knee issues (surgery on right knee for a lateral release 13 years ago) and shoulder/back issues after a car accident in 2005.

Short term - I've developed plantar fasciatis in both feet, and something in my right shoulder.

1 iffy knee that only acts up on occasion, right rotator cuff that can easily be flared up & a lower back that seems to give me trouble non-stop lately

It just let me vote after not letting me do it from the inception of the post.

This is an astounding group of women (and a few men, who occasionally surface and post, themselves).

Wendy has tried to fix it so this Poll will now allow voting. I had posted it on the GD forum instead of the Polls forum. Leave it to me to screw up the works!

So far, the majority who voted have 4 or more injuries/iffy body parts.

Hopefully, life will be be a bit easier on our bodies in 2014!

My shoulders from time to time bother me. But the more I Crossfit and the stronger they get, the less they bother me.

I guess using them is helping them, cause I've not had a real problem with them in weeks now.

Count me in the 4 or more group
  1. Back
  2. Hip
  3. Knees
  4. Shoulder
  5. Migraines

Like RHBrand though, the more I use them, the less they hurt. I find that certain instructors have actually helped me hurt less, like Cathe. When I was doing my pink Firms and loving them, I was actually aggravating my knees and hip somehow. But when I switched to Cathe, who actually has higher impact and higher weights, I actually saw improvement.
