Thank you so much for your willingness to share such a personal story - it's truly inspirational, motivational, and best of all, a reminder to the rest of us not to give up on such a worthwhile journey.

Thanks all. I posted this for two reasons.

1. I think we all have to celebrate the successes, especially in something like this which is a journey with no destination. So many of you do these incredible workouts and yet I rarely see folks take the time to share their successes. I wish people would do so - the rest of us can relate and use your story as fuel for our own goals.

2. On that note, one thing Sean says in the Press Play workout is "become your own story of inspiration". At first I thought that almost sounds conceited, but I think I finally understand what he means. The phrase has stuck with me and while I'm still a ways away from that, maybe I'm a little closer than I was.

3. Maybe someone visiting will see this thread and think, "if he can do it, I can do it"...and then do it. I hope so.

Congratulations Blackadar! I remember you from years ago on the Cardio Coach forum - great to see you are still drawing inspiration from Coach Sean.

You rock! That is wonderful! 45lbs lighter than 1 year ago is a major accomplishment and establishing a new healthy habit of working out every morning is too! Way to go! Thanks for sharing your hard work and the outcome of it!
