I'm a bit memory challenged but recall one Classic Rotation was:
1,2,3,rest, 1,2,3; next week 4,5,6,rest,4,5,6; next week 1,2,3,rest,4,5,6; rinse & repeat. For each week use heavy weights for 1,3,4,6 and very light (3-5 lbs) for 2 & 5.

I second what Lucky Star said. I started with Firm 1 (rented from Blockbusters) and then Firm2 and did them for a long time before I got new ones. I got great results. It is hard for the body to adjust to these because you keep on uping the weights as you progress.

I want to buy these on DVD but I just purchased some other older FIRMs from Anna's site.

Wow, lots of great responses! Thanks everyone. I think I have information overload in my head sometimes and I tend to overthink things. In the past I have always done a lot of the same workouts over and over and got great results so thanks for reminding me of that I am so focused this time and I really want this weight gone forever and I really want to change the way my body looks so that I'm hot when all of this weight is gone The Firm is my absolute most favorite workouts. And since I'm an apple, kickboxing workouts give me great results in the middle section. So, I guess I will continue doing what I've been doing. Thanks everyone for all the positive comments and for sharing your thoughts and ideas and what has worked for you with me. Keep them coming...

When I do Firms 1-3 I usually space them with a day of cardio inbetween. Lately, though, they feel a bit long and 'dread-ish' so I've begun easing up by using the tri-trainers, as follow:
Day 1 - Better Body & Buns (though not a fan of Jen Peluso)
Day 2 - Fat Blaster
Day 3 - Max Muscle Sculpting (Shaping? The one w/Tracie Long)
Day 4 - rest
(repeat)

I forgot how much fun they are and they're only 45 mins so don't feel 'never-ending'. In the evenings I try to add extra cardio and stretching. I'm really enjoying them!!

I didn't see Standing Legs mentioned, but it is one of my favorites. It makes my legs/glutes scream and my legs shrink faster than the rest of me.

I like all the Firms, too--actually love is more appropriate than like. Every time I do Cardio Step Mix I drop 1/2 to 1 pound the next day.

I think all the BBH (Benson Benson Henrickson) Firms are fantastic, and I also like some of the BSS and pinks!

It was All Weights, then it was Maximum Body Sculpting, then it was Maximum Body Shaping.
