This week I did The (pink) Firm Ultimate Fat Burning. i am hot and cold with Pink Firms and this one I liked. Not too intense but a nice cardio workout. Alison is a good lead.
I also did Tamilee Webb's Beginner Stretch for Flexibility. I have never done a Tamilee workout before. She was excellent! So confident but gentle with her instruction. It was also a very good 30 minute stretch. |

I’ve decided to dedicate a week to only doing virgin (to me) workouts. I’ve been getting doms recently from doing mostly the same type workouts. I think I need to switch it up a bit.

This seems to be working for me: I have new or rarely used DVDs/VHS on their own separate shelf separated by categories. Then I randomly choose a couple of those videos and place right in front of my TV every week to make myself notice them. It also makes it easier for me to add to my bag of purge. If I have it sitting there and yet I still choose something else, well...time to say goodbye! As the shelf has been emptying it's been very motivating.
