I like Scott Cole's Tai Chi Dvds. He has a few, my favorite is Tai Chi for Weight Loss.

I don't know much about Tai Chi but I pulled out a Caribbean workout with Shelly McDonald that has a Chi ball 20 minute workout along with pilates and muscle conditioning. I really like this series so I am going to give it a try this morning, thanks to your thread.

It is called Sculpt that Body and it is 20 minutes. but.. I just did it and it is really just a 20 minute cardio with a small ball. I remember it being filmed at night with Tiki Lights burning but somehow I think there might be another CW dvd that has a real chi ball workout. I will hunt for it.
on the bright side, I could do this workout, and I am going to get my CW workouts out of storage ( the dreaded garage) and put some workouts together (dealing with a bad knee) sorry about confusing people.

How much instruction do you need?

Are you looking for a lot of serious instruction? Traditional?

Just something with various routines to do to add some tai chi into your life?

The only one I have is Jane Adams Balance and Strength.
Haven't really given the tai chi part of it much attention, though, so I can't comment.
