It is called Sculpt that Body and it is 20 minutes. but.. I just did it and it is really just a 20 minute cardio with a small ball. I remember it being filmed at night with Tiki Lights burning but somehow I think there might be another CW dvd that has a real chi ball workout. I will hunt for it.
on the bright side, I could do this workout, and I am going to get my CW workouts out of storage ( the dreaded garage) and put some workouts together (dealing with a bad knee) sorry about confusing people. |

How much instruction do you need?
Are you looking for a lot of serious instruction? Traditional? Just something with various routines to do to add some tai chi into your life? The only one I have is Jane Adams Balance and Strength. Haven't really given the tai chi part of it much attention, though, so I can't comment.
