This morning’s workout was Tough Cardio Mix. This evening was Home Improvement. Holy Moly! My seat didn’t know what it was missing. Hopefully, I will be able to walk my dogs tomorrow. I also have an itch to buy leotards and leg warmers :-)

Home Improvement was followed by 20 minutes of Perfect in 10 Stretch. Now I am off for a walk in the woods with my dogs while I still have the ability to move and am hoping it will prevent soreness tomorrow. Keep me in your prayers!
