Suzanne Bowen Prenatal Barres - differences?

Is there much difference between Suzanne Bowen's Slim and Toned Prenatal and BarreAmped Sleek And Toned Prenatal?

The exercises in both are standard Suzanne Bowen. What I like about BarreAmped Sleek and Toned Prenatal, is that Suzanne is performing the exercises along with the viewer, it seems to flow better. In Slim and Toned, she stops to instruct, or demonstrate an exercise. I prefer the instructor suffer along with me.

Haha! Me too Lauren. Would you say that one is more intense than the other, or are both similar to the other Barreampeds? Is it worth it to own both?

I have them both, but I love Suzanne! And I am way past the child-bearing years...

The Barre Amped Prenatal has more individual segments at the top menu:
Warm Up
Light Weight Work
Thigh Work
Seat Work
Mat Work
Cardio Tone
Relaxation Stretch
88 minutes total

Slim & Toned Prenatal has
Lean Lower Body
Slim Upper Body & core
Cardio Sculpt
Aligned Stretch
82 minutes total

That would make Barre Amped Prenatal easier to mix and match with most of her other Barre Amped DVDs - they have similar breakdowns.

For what that's worth.
