Experience with these prolapse/diastis recti programs?

Hi all. My youngest is nearly 11, but I'm finally realizing I need some focused attention to address pelvic issues (possible prolapse). Not major enough to warrant medical attention but annoying nonetheless (stress incontinence).

These two programs are frequently on my FB ads. Anyone have experience with either...or even recs for something else that worked for you? I'm also exploring the option of kegel weights (don't know the official name for them).

MUTU : https://mutusystem.com/program?fbcli...cAAkLDJZ3lYCQ4

Restore Your Core: https://laurenohayon.com/offerings/restore-your-core/

Both are a bit spendier than I'm comfortable with...so feel free to throw me other options!

Check out T-Tapp. You might want to go on their forums or call the office to get a specific recommendation for one of their DVDs. I don't have experience with using T-Tapp for that purpose, but I know I've seen a lot mentioned about it.

I found this You Tube channel recently - it looks good!

FemFusion Fitness - she is a PT:

I really should take a closer look at it myself!

Interesting! She has a 5-week pelvic floor program on YouTube called "Lift". I might give it a try!

I'm also now thinking about this program: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/05...KIKX0DER&psc=1 called Hab It, which is *much* more affordable than the online programs I linked above.

What have you tried before? There are a lot of resources out there you could try for less to see if they work.

I found this NPR article that basically says you should do one exercise every day. Lindsay Brin really emphasizes that move and has a lot of core work that helps you use it. I've been using her Pretty Fierce Weight Loss workouts for years now, and the short core workouts in it really help IF I do them regularly.

Here are some other workouts that strengthen the pelvic floor:

Barre 3 Ballet Fit (I also do some other Barre3 workouts)
Yoga Booty Ballet the Total Toning Basics ab section has great pelvic floor conditioning.
The Firm Vol. 1 and Vol. 6

Awesome, ladies. Thanks for the feedback!

I haven't tried anything for this yet. I stopped working out a couple years ago, gained weight, and have recently noticed an increase in leakage issues (I do not have diastis recti).

So, I'm getting back on track and I want to be proactive in my core/pelvic floor rehab. I'll definitely cave on that Hab It DVD and also try the Femfusion program.
