Tracie Long Metabolic Strength and Core Movements 5&6

Are these worth getting? I have the previous 2 versions and I don’t use them much but I’m not sure how long dvds will be available. Are these worth getting? I was also thinking about the Grand total. Thanks!

I really like MS 5&6. They are both a good mix of cardio and strength and you can go heavier on some exercises. In both, she warms up with some good mobility exercises, uses some fun and different moves, and I like the music. When she includes plyo exercises, they aren’t over the top. Her plank and push-up work is really hard though!

Same for GT.

I really like this whole series, including 5 and 6! They are some of my favorite Tracie Long workouts. So I think they are worth getting! I also like Grand Total workout. I preordered the next 2 as well.

Concur with everyone else, these are probably my most used workouts of the year. MS 5 &6 Are tough but doable, GT is just an awesome cardioish workout at 45 mins, and the Core 5&6 Are innovative and challenging and refreshing.

I really like them too.

They are not the most challenging workouts, but they are solid and get the job done without being exhausting. If you like Tracie you will probably like these.

I like Grand Total the least of the newer series, but it is still a good one.

I agree! I did GT today and it flew by. I feel worked out but not wiped out.

If I do the MS 1 and 2 together at the same workout, I find they are more challenging than you'd think they would be. (or 3/4 and 5/6)
