My fabulous friend Nathalie wrote this article last week in her magazine about our workout relationship. Rock on to videos and working out at home.. with friends!! So much fun to pass this joy on. I lend videos to friends often and get them hooked!

I love this story! I'm always trying to get my sisters to love working out with videos like I do, but no luck so far.
Besides the gorgeous picture of the two of you, I spent a long time looking at that beautiful wall of videos

. I know many of them well.
