I'm surprised no-one has mentioned Scott Cole - hunky, has a great voice, makes Tai Chi and Chi Gong accessible, always willing to take off his shirt, and doesn't take himself too seriously.

No offense to anyone but I am not a fan of male instructors, I never have been but there are two right now that are the definite exception:

Billy Blanks and
Michael Carson

love them both Judy

Adam: It's pretty intense. I only did it once but I haven't had it that long and I have so many other DVDs to do. Almost did it yesterday but decided to do one of the KB goddess workouts followed by the ManmakerX3 on Kettlebell way2. BTW this is different than the "manmaker" on Weber's DVD.

My advice: just do what you can and stop when your form starts to go. Of course that's advice for any kettlebell workout. Its chaptered well so you can do sections which is great for a quick intense workout if you are short on time.

I don't have that many DVDs led by male instructors but these are the ones I like in no particular order:

1) David Swenson for yoga
2) Anthony DiLuglio
3) Michael Olajide
4) Rob Glick

Don't care for Tony Horton, never did Gilad, Lalo Fuentes is OK but I am not big on "motivational" talk.

I can't believe that I actually don't own anything led solely by a male instructor. Isn't that weird? I do love Rodney Yee, though, and find myself checking the same DVDs of his out of the library enough that I should probably just cave and buy 'em, eh?

I personally don't consider it anywhere near as hard as Insanity, but I only use a 15 pound bell.
