Thank you for your reply. I was familiar with the first one, but I don't think I have done the second one.

There's the old Leslie Sansone Walk and Jog that has jogging intervals (longer than her recent "boosted walking" intervals). Also, for KCM's Home Gym Intervals you can jog during the cardio intervals. I often jog on the rebounder for that workout. The cardio intervals are separated by weights including some compound moves.
