This looks very interesting! The first review lists the workouts and blocks w/descriptions. I wish there were video clips though. I might buy if it's ever a Lightening Deal.

It's available on their streaming site. I have a subscription but haven't tried it. You could do the free trial if you want to check it out.

i'd offer to try it but DH has taken my workout room apart because he's painting. I'm working out at the gym lately!
