Gladgirl,
I'm sorry I'm not familiar with the moves in your challenge so I can't speak to finding what is similar to those. But I consider mobility work anything that helps to encourage or maintain full range of motion of your joints. So honestly embarking on that journey includes so much! Tracie Long has several from her Core movements 2, 4 and her most recent Signature Series. Some of the pilates exercises that are unweighted and also that incorporate the use of a resistance band. Classical stretch workouts and any yoga that is restorative and stretchy rather than strength focused yoga. So many YouTube stretch recommendations beyond these hip flexor links Hip flexor stretches Bob and Brad https://youtu.be/B5eAei_ISG4 Doctor Jo https://youtu.be/7bRaX6M2nr8 Activ chiropractive (Dr. Nicholas Nguyen) hip flexor stretches https://youtu.be/PZfyQIoxJIQ https://youtu.be/fU_ZK9FQsHY Stretching workouts that may or may not use foam rolling, lacrosse balls and stretch ropes. So many stretch threads here on VF. Here's one of many that you can find through a tag search of stretch http://forum.videofitness.com/showthread.php?t=220902 Stretching in bed https://youtu.be/wUXpigOkBfY https://youtu.be/hHW1oY26kxQ Honestly what I have found is that incorporating those moves once you learn them is easy to do within a workout or as a warm-up but that a session dedicated to them for at least 10 minutes as often as possible during the week is more effective for me. What happens is that your body is so connected that working on just one area requires working on a complementary area. Nothing has helped me as much as the Egoscue Method. I still love Classical Stretch and many others, but most recently this one has been teh one that I reach for the most.
