Help with mobility work

I recently completed Lauren Brooks 21 Day Move/Kb challenge.
I am so stoked I want to actually create my own rotation, using kb circuits like she did.
She included a few exercises for mobility for hips, shoulders, spine, ankles, etc.

I am a novice when it comes to mobility exercises and need some help. Are there any books, websites, you tube tutorials, dvds... that breakdown mobility moves? I don't want an entire workout; I just want to pick one exercise for each of my circuits for different body parts. TIA

Gladgirl,
I'm sorry I'm not familiar with the moves in your challenge so I can't speak to finding what is similar to those.

But I consider mobility work anything that helps to encourage or maintain full range of motion of your joints.
So honestly embarking on that journey includes so much!

Tracie Long has several from her Core movements 2, 4 and her most recent Signature Series.

Some of the pilates exercises that are unweighted and also that incorporate the use of a resistance band.

Classical stretch workouts and any yoga that is restorative and stretchy rather than strength focused yoga. So many YouTube stretch recommendations beyond these hip flexor links

Stretching workouts that may or may not use foam rolling, lacrosse balls and stretch ropes. So many stretch threads here on VF. Here's one of many that you can find through a tag search of stretch

Honestly what I have found is that incorporating those moves once you learn them is easy to do within a workout or as a warm-up but that a session dedicated to them for at least 10 minutes as often as possible during the week is more effective for me. What happens is that your body is so connected that working on just one area requires working on a complementary area.

Here are just a few mobility drills and foam rolling:

I like Annette Fletcher's Stretch and Joint Mobility Therapy. It has three sections: Joint mobility exercises, Dynamic stretch and Traditional stretch.

Nothing has helped me as much as the Egoscue Method. I still love Classical Stretch and many others, but most recently this one has been teh one that I reach for the most.
