Thumbs up Lots of great suggestions above!

I am in half-hour workout mode myself and I find myself splitting up longer videos. I may have to break down and get a DVD player because I think this makes it easier. Here are some I'm doing now:

Firm Time Crunch Workout is :42 sans the dork dance, and I skip some of the weight work at the end

Firm Super Cardio - First 1/2 hour, then ff to the cooldown (I think this is actually because I can only DO the first half hour before I collapse)

Gilad's Quick fit Cardio Classic

First 1/2 of Boot Camp Energy Action Circuit (Mindy Mylrea) w/out the Body Bar, but with light hand weights

First two segments of The Method Cardio Boot Camp

First portion of Gilad's Interval Training for Men

ALWAYS have a Plan B.

I love FIRM Cardio Sculpt Blaster with Lisa Kay. It's so much fun! I like the suggestion of doing 30 minutes of Super Cardio too.

You can often find copies of the Hi Lo from Charlene Prickett's TV show on ebay. These are tapes that usually contain 4-5 1/2 shows on one tape. The intensity varies, even if the choreography does not. If you fast forward through the commercial breaks, they can provide nice 20 minute workouts, too.

Take care,
Kimberly

Unfortuhately, Masala Bhangra isn't low impact'; and from what I've heard, it can't be easily done that way.
