I can't remember. I know I ordered one with the circle because I have a circle. they were almost all intermediate. There were so many on sale that it got to be overwhelming. I don't use work out at home most of the time but I just wanted to have pilates dvd's on hand.

I checked out the website. I had 4 walking/weight loss workouts in my cart but decided against getting them. Do they look pretty good? Yes. Is the price right? Yes, but the shipping is around $13. Do I REALLY need them? No.

I have enough walking workouts and I really don't need more.
