Superbody The Ultimate Low-Impact Aerobic Workout from 1987 (45m)

(This is a favorite low impact workout on VHS that I used countless times back in the late 80s and 90s. It was never on DVD, or I would own it. I meant to do it during the Retro-theme workout week a few months ago, but I didn't get around to it. I saw a clip of it in a recent VF thread titled "Tonight Show 80’s aerobics dance challenge," and afterwards, decided I had to do the workout this week. It was a BLAST! I remember most of it, surprisingly, since I often don't remember what workout I did a few days ago! There's a lot of whooping but it didn't bother me one bit -- it was part of the fun in this workout. So happy I found this workout again after so many years. )

I did 23 minutes of a low impact cardio workout then just quit. After doing some things that I needed to do, I did Cathe's Perfect Flow Mobility Basics. That was what I needed.
