Thanks, Buffmama for the Pilates challenge!

I am thinking for this rest of this month I'll do some holiday themed cardio and these Pilates workouts will be a perfect compliment!

Caroline Girvan - Dec 1-24 20 min workouts daily
Heather Robertson - Dec 4-18 Fierce 14 Strength Based workouts
Pilates & Yoga with Katya - Dec 1-24 Daily workouts
I don't know when, but I plan to do Heather Robertson's Fierce program.

Mr and Mrs Muscle have a military style countdown to Christmas going on. You do each move for a specified number of reps. Short and sweet.

Friday - 20 min cycle + pull/abs
Saturday - strength + cycle (live)
Sunday - rest

Her cycling workouts run 20-60 min. Most of her strength is 20-40 (but mostly 30ish). I don’t cycle — I just use her weights workouts.
I was finally looking at the calendar and the link for week 1 Wed leg day takes me to the same full body workout as Tue. Anyone else have this too? I wonder what the leg day workout is? Sat live strength also takes me to the same workout.

Erica I'm not sure where you are in this timeline but I sure hope you have a minimum amount of discomfort as you recover!
