I did not like their stretch routines and often did Tonitup's Stretch & Release Routine instead.
Because the warm-up is the same for a month I sometimes used short Zumba or rebounding clips. Personally I have weak shoulders (or too much overall weight for them to hold in push-up-esque positions) and I found this rotation heavy on shoulder work so I ended up subbing some chest-exercises in "chest, legs & buns" with leg-work. And after 3 weeks of subbing this and changing that, dreading the same faces and jokes and exercises, and gaining inches on my thighs and lower belly, I quit But I am rotationally challenged and I think befitin90 is always worth a try. In the beginning I really liked to follow the official rotation and not having to decide about the next workout myself. But then I needed diversity I would like to see what you make of it |
