Checking in with BodyFit by Amy's newest workout: 24 Minute Dumbbell Total Body HIIT for Strength & Cardio, and I added on Jessica's 10-Minute Upper Body. Have a great weekend!

Hi all, I am back, sorry for being MIA. Overwhelmed at work and dealing with my parents issues, and just generally stressed out. Not eating well, and the barre3 drama didn't help either. They started posting videos again, but they have alternated between very boring, intense cardio (which is not what they ever used to have) and oddly easy strength ones and stretch ones. Nothing like before. So I have been going back and doing old ones from 2016 and kind of at a loss about where to go with my workouts. So I've sort of lost my routine and focus. Trying to get back to it. Hoping to catch up with you all and get back on track.

Lynn, I have sympathy for your work, parents, and barre3 but no suggestions. But I know from food! You must get enough nourishment to have the strength to deal with that stress.

Concert done. It was raining which always adds to the tension of a long drive but I arrived safely at my friend’s house & now am ready to enjoy the weekend

Thanks all! barre3 30 minutes. Doing the old ones and trying to stay out of the drama. But it's a bit depressing since after the big changeover all the new ones they have been posting have been terrible -- either quite intense, but boring and repetitive cardio (not their strong suit) or too easy stretch and one weird not at all hard muscle work. None of their normal fusion, which was why I was doing it. So I don't know if what I was liking of barre3 is ever coming back and I am stuck with the old stuff. It's like a big break up, but you're not sure it is a break up, since they won't tell you what's happening and each week you think maybe things might go back to the way they were, but then they don't.

Lynn, Sorry you're having a lot of stress. Maybe barre3 will get their act together soon. Sometimes older is better.

Cheryl - have the antibiotics helped your th yet?

Today I used the Cubii Jr elliptical for an hour. I was going to work upper body but the day got away from me. Sometimes my favorite man and I workout together on snapchat. Today we watched football while on the phone with each other. One of us should move. LOL
