Sorry to be Mia again. Sinusitis, bronchitis, a visitor, doctor appointments, etc. Anyway, Hope everyone is well.
Checking in with Cathe's Pure Strength, back, biceps and abs. And squats and lunges on my own.

DH is sick in bed, so I had to sneak in in the pitch dark and grab my workout clothes, mat, and weights. Not ideal, but I did Bodyfit By Amy's Upper Body Blast and Jessica's 12-Minute Upper Body Circuit Walk. Hope you all are having a great week! Cheryl
