Checking in with Jessica Smith: Lower Body Squat Free (with 10s), Knee-Friendly Thighs (10s as possible), 1-Mile Express Abs Walk, and a mile outdoors. I was freezing with the wind cutting through me, with a ski cap, scarf, etc. and my eyes were even running from the wind. A neighbor was out with a leaf blower in shorts, a t-shirt, and flip flops! I watched the wind blowing his shorts and marveled. He must have a furnace for insides!

Cheryl 2, excited about your new gear!

Cynthia, sounds like weather to stay indoors for sure.

Do you all set up Christmas trees?

It's rainy season with a vengeance around here. I went to the PB studio today b/c I had booked a class. Lots of the streets had "flooded" signs. I'm not going for the rest for the week. I have plenty of DVDs and I won't have to drive.

did chair yoga at the Y, good class. good class. I wish a bus would have come and driven us home.I was so relaxed..

this dog will not stop eating bird food. so aggravating..

but for the day I wish you all could see how awesome this Pilates box is.. today I got it as a gift from an elf. and I am so happy..

so, I did ½ of the Reformer box and Pole as it is very challenging. better than sitting here looking at it. get on it and fly.

Cheryl, it is a joy for me to read how you are liking Pilates so much.
IRL, nearly all my friends won't exercise and whine about health problems.

Sorry to be Mia again. Sinusitis, bronchitis, a visitor, doctor appointments, etc. Anyway, Hope everyone is well.

Checking in with Cathe's Pure Strength, back, biceps and abs. And squats and lunges on my own.

Good to see you, Linda! I hope you are much better now!

DH is sick in bed, so I had to sneak in in the pitch dark and grab my workout clothes, mat, and weights. Not ideal, but I did Bodyfit By Amy's Upper Body Blast and Jessica's 12-Minute Upper Body Circuit Walk.
